On thin to fine hair, the lift lotion can take as little as 2-3 minutes, and depending on lash strength, up to 10 minutes (though it is advised not to exceed 6 minutes on first-time clients).
The neutralizer (setting lotion) is the service's second phase, which takes up to 5 minutes (in some cases as little as 2-3 mins also, depending on the strength of the hair).
